From the badge to the smoker
Patrick Coleman spent years as a police officer in the City of Pikeville, serving and protecting his community on the streets. Through all those shifts, one thing never changed — he loved barbecuing.
He made the call to change careers, chasing his passion for barbecue and the chance to keep serving the community in a new way, while being there for his family.
The dream that started it all
When Patrick and his wife Katlyn first got together, the two of them tried to buy a food truck so they could chase this dream right away. It didn't come together at the time — but the plan never went away.
Holler Hogs BBQ is that dream, finally on the road.
